Born and raised in Bakersfield, California. Kenneth W. Estes was first introduced to Kansas while serving a two year mission for the Church Of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. After serving a full time honorable mission, Kenneth started his studies at Bakersfield College, where, through Church activities, he met the love of his life Celeste L. Ricks. The two were married and a short time later Mr. Estes graduated from Brigham Young University-Idaho located in Rexburg, Idaho, with a Bachelor's of Science in History and a minor in Political Science. Upon graduation from Whittier Law School located in Costa Mesa, CA., Kenneth relocated with Celeste and their little family to Kansas in 2009. The couple has five children.
